Following purchasing your plaque through our website, please contact us to confirm the name/word you would like added to your plaque. Additional names/words can be purchased for $5.00 per name/word. Please note depending on the length of the name/word the motif may need to be placed above the name/word. You will be advised of this prior to your plaque being made, the motif will usually be placed on the left.
